How does a project with Trazos Creativos start?
With a short conversation to understand the goal, scope and dates. Then we send a proposal with deliverables, timing and cost. We don’t charge for that first review.
Do you work with clients outside Mexico?
Yes. We have worked for companies in Latin America, the United States, Germany, France and England. We coordinate meetings and deliveries online.
Can I hire you for a single piece or service?
Yes. Although many projects are integrated, we also handle specific needs such as a label, an executive report, a website or a particular campaign.
How long does a proposal take?
We usually reply in less than 24 business hours. If the project needs prior analysis, we let you know the estimated time for the formal proposal.
