OUR OBJECTIVE:

Transform the food industry providing the healthiest, convenient and quality driven food for everyone. Tangible Nous has a certification of registration in FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and certifications FSSC22000, Kosher and Halal. Besides our products cover our philosophy of low calories maintaining high nutritional values.

The company operates in diverse industries like the following:

• Meat: Our core product is a shredded vegetable protein like meat (PRO FIT ST) but we also have meat extension systems; cost reduction; low salt; calorie reduction; water activity control (Aw); high performance; shelf-life increase and multiple meat product developments. Ground beef applications, meatball, hamburger, sausages, bacon, fresh and matured products among others. Our systems are applicable to beef, chicken, pig, fish, etc.


• Dairy: Systems to increase performance, cost reduction, cheese texture improvement, shelf-life increase, process waste reduction, syneresis decrement, and stability. Applications in beverages and every kind of cheese: fresh, cheddar, gourmet and yogurt.


• Confectionary: Excellent stability and effectiveness; easy application developments, no process changes; saving costs, systems to reduce calories and sugars, shelf-life increase. Applications for chocolates, raisins, almond, etc. Confectionery products: hard (sugar) and soft (glucose). Gum of gel and starch, liquorice, etc.


• Bakery: Systems to improve performance, to obtain more product per weight unity, oil reduction, elimination of emulsifiers and stabilizers, shelf-life increase; softness, structure and texture improvement, a better capability of water retention, egg replacement (Eggxtender development) and multiples advantages in functional and nutritional order through a calorie reduction and cholesterol with 100% vegetable options.
