TEMAPLAX

Temaplax is a plastic injection molding company, which manufactures products for Automotive and Medical Sectors.

Temaplax was established at the end of 2003 distributing its own brand and design of disposable vaginal speculum and in 2012 started manufacturing automotive parts as Tier 2.

Toll work…
The company offers toll work in plastic injection parts, giving its customers high quality standards.

The facilities include clean rooms for the manufacture of medical products. The clean room has controlled temperature and humidity, and follows specific sanitation procedures.

Temaplax has Quality Management System ISO 9001:08.

The disposable vaginal speculum fulfills 100% with the Mexican standard NMX-BB-096-SCFI-2001 "Materials for medical use. Disposable vaginal speculum specifications and test methods ". The Register of Health of our disposable vaginal speculum is 0661E2005 SSA.

Temaplax has six injection moulding machines:

• Cincinnati Milacron (55 ton, 40 gr)

Collaboration program…
Temaplax collaborated with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) for three years (2012-2015) in the Project “Development of Mexico´s automotive supply chain “. During this Project, 5´s philosophy was implemented, PPMs and time for tooling change were reduced.
